About the Recipe

Yummy Salmon Salad that is easy to make and you can play around and add your favourite ingredients as you desire. This recipe is quick to prepare, delicious, healthy and filling you'll be blown away.

This recipe is light, cool, and wonderfully flavored with dill, spinach leaves, and lemon. Perfect for a brunch or light lunch!



  • 1 fresh salmon

  • 1/2 cup diced celery

  • 1/4 cup diced red onion

  • 1/4 cup diced cucumber

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 cup of spinach leaves


  • Cut the fresh salmon into pieces of your choice and place it in a medium bowl.

  • Add the celery, red onion, cucumber, and dill to the bowl.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt, and black pepper.

  • Pour the dressing over the salmon mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.

  • Serve the salmon salad on a bed of spinach leaves or in a wrap and Enjoy!
