What are my delivery options and how much does it cost?
Food and drink products are currently only available in Johannesburg within a 30km radius from our address. Merchandise and other non-perishable goods are available for deliveries nationwide. Please note that we do not accept returns on food or drink products.

When will my order be delivered?
We'll deliver your order within 3 - 5 working days. You can also track your delivery with the tracking number that you will be given via email or SMS. 

Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?
It’s not possible to change your delivery address after confirming your order, so please always double-check that your address details are correct at checkout. To change your delivery address for future orders, you can update your address when ordering or when creating an account.

Can I choose a specific time or day for my delivery?
No, unfortunately, you cannot select a specific day for your delivery.

Does Ohhh So Freshhh ship internationally?
Currently, we do not ship outside of our borders at this time but we are working on it. Please contact us first
